Our church will follow the procedures below when inclement weather (snow, ice, etc.) may threaten cancellation of our church services.

1.                 Sunday School and Morning Worship.

            Watch the Evansville TV stations or WBKO-13 in Bowling Green to listen for updates, or monitor the WBKO Polar Report on the internet (go to www.wbko.com/weather and click on “Polar Report” on that page).  We will also attempt to update the message on the church phone number’s answering service.  A decision will be made Sunday morning by 7:00 a.m.

2.                 Sunday Evening Worship.

            If morning services are canceled, Sunday evening services will be canceled as well.  In the event that morning services take place but weather threatens for later in the day, an announcement will be made in the morning worship service.

3.                 Wednesday Evening Activities.

            If local schools have closed or let out early due to weather conditions, our evening services will be canceled. If the inclement weather begins after school closes for the day, follow the same procedures listed under Policy 1 above. A decision will be made by 5:00pm.
