Engine 21 is a 2007 E-One with a Freightliner M2 Business Class cab to transport 3 personnel to any incident. It carries 1000 gallons of water and is a city apparatus for the CCFD.

This apparatus was dedicated on October 17, 2007 in honor of Ferrell Christmas for his service to the CCFD from 1975 to 1992.
