By-Law 1

Dues & Fees

No membership dues shall be collected. Fees will be collected as needed for club activities.


By-Law 2

Quorum

A majority of 50% + 1 MSHSPAC members in good standing is required to bring business
before the club.


By-Law 3

Meetings

Meetings are held once a month on morning club day.


By-Law 4

Standards of Club Membership

Club members are expected to show proper decorum during club meetings and club
activities. Excessive noise and horseplay will not be tolerated.


By-Law 5

Membership and/or club privileges may be revoked or suspended for continued problems
and/or inappropriate behavior as deemed necessary by the Executive Council.


By-Law 6

Committees

Committees will be appointed by the Executive Council as needed.


By-Law 7

Amending By-Laws

Amendment of the MSHSPAC By-Laws and/or Constitution will require a quorum of 2/3
membership.
