2007 DELINQUENT OIL & GAS LISTING FOR MUHLENBERG COUNTY Notice to taxpayers. The Muhlenberg County Sheriff, pursuant to KRS 424.330, hereby announces that the 2007 Delinquent Oil and Gas Bills Listing will be published in the Leader-News on July 1, 2008. This will be the only newspaper advertisement of the 2007 delinquent oil and gas bills. The list of delinquent Oil and Gas Bills is also available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Sheriff’s office, located at 100 Main Street in the Courthouse, Greenville, KY. Additionally, a listing of the delinquent oil and gas bills is being posted on the sheriff’s webpage beginning June 1, 2008, and will continue for a period of not less than 30 days. The listing of delinquent oil and gas bills on the internet will be updated at least weekly. The Uniform Resource Locater for the website is www.muhlon.com/~sheriff. The sheriff’s tax sale of delinquent Oil and Gas Bills will be held at the sheriff’s office at 100 Main St., Courthouse, Greenville, KY on Friday, July 18, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. If you have questions concerning the listing of the 2007 Oil and Gas bills or the sheriff’s sale, do not hesitate to call the sheriff’s office at 270-338-3345.
